Famine Camp

The Famine Camp 2001, which was held on 17 and 18 November, has ended smoothly. While this Famine Camp aimed at raising funds for the World Vision Hong Kong, it also gave the students a taste of hunger and raised their concern for the needy. It was the first time that a camp was organized within the school, and students did cherish such an opportunity. We enjoyed a number of games and activities in the camp through which our friendship was fostered. The climax of the camp reached when the staff of the World Vision joined us and shared their experience of helping the needy. The joint singing of teachers and students that followed was also impressive, which none of us will forget.
